IMPORTANT MESSAGE – CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)
SUSPENSION OF OUR REPRESENTATIONS AND ACTIVITIES
UNTIL APRIL 13, 2020.
Montreal, Friday, March 13, 2020 – Following the Quebec government’s announcement to cancel or postpone all events bringing together more than 250 people and to cancel unnecessary gatherings, Jeunesses Musicales Canada is committed to maintaining the public health and safety of all. In an effort to prevent the spread of the corona virus (COVID-19), JM Canada has decided to suspend all their activities until April 13, 2020.
Rest assured that we are closely monitoring the situation and will keep you informed of its evolution. Also, in keeping with our commitment to customer service and our policy of flexibility in case of force majeure, all our subscribers and ticket holders will be contacted as soon as possible.
To date, the following is a list of suspended and cancelled activities:
- Cushion Concerts → The Ones Who Dream…: Sunday, March 15, 2020 (Cancelled)
- Musical Escapades → The Ones Who Dream…: from Monday 16 to Friday 20 March 2020 (Suspended)
- All workshops and concerts planned in preschool and school settings in Quebec, Ontario and the Maritimes (Suspended)
- Emerging Artists Concerts → Tour Maureen Forrester (Portrait and Lyrical daydreams) (Cancelled)
- Emerging Artists Concerts → Tour of the operaLe Nozze di Figaro (Cancelled)
