Montreal, October 30, 2024 — Join us for an unforgettable evening to celebrate our anniversaries and support the next generation! On Monday, May 12, 2025, Jeunesses Musicales Canada and the Foundation invite you to a memorable gala at the Cabaret du Casino de Montréal to mark the 75th anniversary of JMC and the 40th anniversary of the Foundation.
This gala will be the highlight of our celebrations, combining our annual benefit evening with a tribute to our rich heritage and future initiatives. By attending, you’ll contribute to the three major goals of this exceptional evening:
- To honor the memory of André Bourbeau, a great philanthropist and passionate advocate of JMC and the Foundation.
- To create a permanent endowment of $300,000, enabling 2,000 children from disadvantaged backgrounds to discover classical music each year through the Jeunesses Musicales Canada centers.
- To strengthen the bond between our past, present, and future, celebrating our mission and values.

Jeunesses Musicales Canada is a talent incubator that launches the careers of emerging musicians and promotes classical music to audiences of all ages. A JMC season now includes over 1,200 musical activities across Canada, including chamber music concerts and stimulating musical events for young audiences.
About the JM Canada Foundation
The JM Canada Foundation’s mission is to raise, create, and manage funds to support the mission of JMC, which promotes the discovery of classical music among young audiences and supports the national careers of young classically trained musicians, as well as the career development of emerging Canadian musicians.
