The JM Canada Foundation is proud to support the career development of Quebec artists through the AIDA Fund.
Established with financial support from the province’s Ministère de la Culture et des Communications of Quebec, this fund provides artists with non-recurrent funding for specific one-off projects such as auditions, competitions, master classes, etc.
In keeping with JM Canada’s mandate, the JM Canada Foundation’s AIDA Fund is intended to support the development and guide the professional career path of young Quebec artists, in addition to facilitating their access to major cultural institutions at the national and international levels. Every year since 2000, between $90,000 and $100,000 have been awarded to recipients of the AIDA Fund to finance artistic projects.
AIDA Fund Registration deadlines:
Winter – February 5, 2025
Spring – May 5, 2025
Fall – October 5, 2025
IMPORTANT: To be eligible, projects must start at least three (3) months after the application deadline.
